Quo

Quo: an alternative when calls and team texting come first.

A business-phone comparison for buyers who can use SMS rather than native iMessage.

Keep Quo on the list if shared phone operations matter more than the blue-bubble channel.

A different kind of shortlist entry

Quo’s reviewed plans describe business calling, shared numbers, call and text histories, and an API. They do not advertise native iMessage. This is an adjacent business-phone option, not another blue-bubble API with a lower price.

That distinction can be useful. Some teams chiefly need a number colleagues can answer together, internal context, and dependable coverage rules. Define whether native iMessage is a requirement or a preference before excluding conventional phone software.

Count users, not only lines

Starter is $19 per user monthly, or $15 per user per month with annual billing. The Business plan is $33 monthly or $23 on annual billing. Annual rates require the stated annual commitment. The pricing page also lists carrier registration fees and separate automated SMS charges.

A per-user product and a per-line product can produce very different totals as the team grows. Price the people who need access, the additional numbers, and the automations you expect to run.

Use a complete shift as the trial

Have two agents share a number, leave internal context, and handle a missed call that becomes a text conversation. Check the plan level required for the CRM connection and call handling you need.

Quo is a relevant alternative when the buyer’s real problem is team phone work. If the customer experience explicitly requires native iMessage, retain that requirement and evaluate the direct providers elsewhere on this desk.
